Once approved, we will send you an invoice and contract for payment.

Following the payment we schedule the event.

We’re on call for you up until, during – and after – the event, so your sound and lighting is perfect from set up to dismantle. We also provide post event support and are always available for any questions and concerns. And we love our repeat clients!

We currently work with clients in the Miami, Broward, and Tampa areas, but we can provide services throughout South Florida, including Orlando, Daytona Beach and other proximate locations.

As our pricing is typically packaged with other items, and because we try to customize our pricing to the clients needs, we would prefer to discuss pricing with the client individually.
If it is related to audio or lighting or staging, we can provide it! We also regularly provide equipment for conferences and virtual or hybrid events. We don’t like to list a long inventory of obscure equipment specs on our site, but we’re happy to discuss 1:1 the specific equipment you will need to make your event superb.
